MARTIN

The youngest brother of the family Proud daddy of Jasmine and Ollie

His skills in the butchery are of huge benefit to the business and provide us with a fantastic range of meat products which we are proud of.  Martin work is split into three days at the shop and the rest at the farm. 

GEMMA

Gem works with Wendy at the the farm during the week helping to bake the cakes for the shop and works here on Saturdays.

Gemma is married to Philip (the middle brother) and has two beautiful children, Jacob and Zoe.

WARREN

Warren is our friendly week day Butcher who is always happy to help and will answer even the toughest of questions - so come on and give him a challenge!

LAURA

Laura works on Tuesdays and Thursdays, breaking down a lambs, lugging cows around on her back and serving you with the politest of manners.

KERRY

Here most Wednesdays and Thursdays, Kerry is a dab hand at preparing our dry cured and bacon products.

LYNDA

Works here on a Friday.  During the week Lynda makes lots of lovely locally home produced meringues, which are available in the store. 

HILDA

The Mummy & Daddy of the business!

Wendy & Steve run the farm on a day to day business producing all the fine quality beef we sell. Wendy also bakes Wendy's Farmhouse cakes and runs WRS catering

ROSE

Rose is the sales assistant at the shop and can be spotted busily working nearly every day. If Rose can help she certainly will.

SIMON-The Boss!

Here for the day to day managment of the shop and always, looking out for the best available local products, whats in season and any new ranges that will appeal to our shoppers.

His Nuffeild Scholarship has brought him into contact with all types of farming and new ideas from the Aussies and French.  Some of these ideas he hopes to be able to introduce into the shop throughout the coming months.
