Coming Up:
5th October 2010 - 6:30pm - 7:30pm
We are part of South Gloucestershire Food Festival and will be holding a demonstration to show you how to cut and portion a whole chicken. Also, how to french trim a loin of pork. NB: there is only room for 30 people (refreshments will be provided). Please call for details.

Harvest Display
On Thursday 16th September, The Gables Hotel held a small festival of food which showcased local produce and gave tasters.
Tortworth Estate Shop provided the local hotel with a selection of apples, cheese, chutneys and bread for display and for sampling.
Tortworth Trys to support local food awareness wherever possible.
